There aren't enough words to tell you how grateful I am for your extra time and devotion to both Snicks and I, to help us find our way together.

You are truly a beautiful, and welcome light at the end of what has certainly been a very dark tunnel for the both of us.

It isn't much, but I hope these words are enough to let you know how appreciated and special you are to Snicks and I.

We would like to thank each and every one of you for the kindness and professionalism extended to us during Mittens' recent surgery and death. We miss her daily, but know that you did all that you could for her.

All of your staff was extremely patient, courteous and professional, and we would highly recommend your hospital to family and friends.

Also, thank you for the touching card you sent us after Mittens' passing. What a nice, personal touch. We loved the verse on the front, and the fact that everyone took time to write a personal note was very special. Thanks again for all that you did for our family during this sad and difficult time.

Words simply cannot begin to express the gratitude that I feel towards you for helping my "Jack".  He is walking with both affected legs now...not perfectly, but better every day.  Best of all, we are still together - along with "Sophie Sue", our Shipoo.  You were so kind to us; don't be surprised if you see us on your door step again.

Last summer my Brittany Spaniel, Rupert, got sick. He was going to the vet about every 6 weeks and each visit was $400. At the end of the summer Rupert got sick again but much worse than before. I called my vet but they couldn't get him in until the next day. I didn't think he would make it that long. I started to think of other places to take him to and Sherlock Bones came to mind. I called the office and they said to bring him in and the vet would see him immediately. I drove Rupert there and I didn't even have to wait to see the doctor. Rupert stayed in the hospital for the night and he came out a new dog the next day. Rupert hasn't had any relapses and is in perfect health. Dr. Nix was able to tell us what was going on with Rupert and exactly how to fix it, something that our previous vet couldn't do. One of the best parts about going to Sherlock Bones is that my dogs get the best healthcare for a fraction of the price my other vet charged. When I got the bill for Rupert it was $250 less than my other vet and Sherlock Bones did 3 times the work to help my dog.
